            <description><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%">I had twins a year ago and I&rsquo;m still trying to lose the extra weight from my pregnancy. No results so far. I`m 5 ft and 5 in, 176 lb and need to lose 30 lb or more. Being a housewife makes me moderately active, right? I want to start a fitness program but I don`t know how much I should exercise <span>&nbsp;</span>daily. I&rsquo;ve tried all kinds of diets and none worked as I expected. I feel something doesn`t work right, but what? Any suggestions? Please help.</span></p>]]></description>
